Service and food was excellent, and we thought that Adam, our entertainment was very good and played various music for everyone. Knut (the cruise director?) was very friendly, funny and helpful, and he spoke perfect English which was very nice. All staff were polite and friendly, and really made the experience special.

WLAN was a bit unreliable and kept cutting out. Also, Why not include the cost of it in the price of the cruise instead of charging passengers an extra €10? Shower was always either hot or cold and didn’t maintain a warm temperature. A Bavarian beer would have been nice, as we we...

Shower was frustrating and kept going from hot to cold, and wouldn’t maintain a warm temperature. Window was very hard to open. The cabin was well set out though, with plenty of storage space and good air conditioning.
